COPYRIGHT
All original artwork and copyright resting therein remains at all times the property of the artist unless agreed in writing.
Purchase of original artwork does not include purchase of the copyright to the artwork.
Upon written agreement the client will be granted a license to reproduce the artwork solely for the agreed purposes.
The client may not use the illustrations for any purpose other than those specified in the agreement.
The client may not provide the artwork or use of the artwork to any third party unless agreed to in writing by the artist.
The client shall not alter the artwork in any way without written approval by the artist.
Commissions will be accepted upon consultation and under conditions agreed upon between the artist and client.
PRICES
Prices are Australian (AUD) but can be invoiced in Euros or American (USD).
For Australians clients GST of 10% will be added to the marked price.
Freight / Insurance charges will be added to the initial price.
When images are sold for reproduction, prices will be set according to the exact use and an agreement will be drawn up to be signed by both parties clearly outlining their respective rights.
Refunds will only be offered under certain conditions :
- Prior notification by e-mail, phone or fax of the reason for the return should be made before return of the product - without prior notification no refund can be made.
- ANIMA will not refund freight costs, only the cost of the product itself.
- Products must to be returned to Anima in original packaging within 15 days of the date of delivery.

PAYMENT
Upon receipt of your order form we will e-mail you all relevant information concerning payment, shipping costs and delivery time.
We accept cheques and bank transfers. ANIMA has bank accounts in Europe and Australia, details will be provided on your invoice.
Payment for products must be received before shipment.
Payment for custom use of illustrations shall be made within thirty days from the date of invoice.
DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days worldwide.
We require a full address and are unable to send any products to P.O. Boxes.
Within Australia & New Zealand products will be delivered by Australia Post.
Overseas orders will be sent with an express international courier.
Customs duties, if applicable, are the client's responsibility.
Unframed originals, posters and prints will be sent in tubes.
Framed originals will be sent by a our specialist artwork shipping agent and fully insured (details available on request).
Whilst we take every care in packaging our products to ensure their safety in transit,
no responsibility can be undertaken by ANIMA for damage occurring during delivery. |
